Returns

Our Guarantee
At Lynda Holt we strive to ensure you are satisfied and we want you to love what you've ordered. If something isn't quite right, and you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us. We will be more than happy to offer you a refund or exchange provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging.

Returns Procedure
Just let us know that you intend to return an item, within 48 hours of receiving it, by emailing us at returns@lyndaholt.com.au

Please enclose your receipt and merchandise within 5 days of receipt of the goods and mail to:

Send the item back to us by registered mail. Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.

Deliveries/Shipping

Delivery within Australia
Any purchases made within Australia will be delivered by Australian Air Express Couriers within 3 - 7 working days from the date of purchase. All customers within Australia will be charged a flat rate of AUD$20.00 per delivery.

International Delivery
Countries outside Australia will receive orders in approximately 7 -14 working days. Overseas purchases will be delivered by Australian Air Express Couriers and will be charged after the order has been made depending on the weight of your order and also country of delivery. All charges will be added to your order before processing your credit card, so you will always know the total being charged. lyndaholt.com.au will not be held responsible for any additional taxes incurred by your country.

Late Deliveries
If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:

- Credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing.
- Orders placed after Midday will be downloaded into the system for the following day therefore not processed that day.

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD$).

GST / Taxes

Customers within Australia are required to pay a 10% goods and services tax (GST) on all products purchased via lyndaholt.com.au. The GST component will be itemized on the tax invoice/statement and will be issued to the customer once payments have been processed. International customers (customers outside Australia) purchasing goods are exempt from paying the 10% goods and services tax on all products.

Lynda Holt Pty Ltd accepts visa, MasterCard and bankcard credit cards and payments can be made securely via this website. We also accept bank cheques and money orders.
